There has to be a more secure and established mechanism to oversee the process of online purchasing as more people turn to e-shopping for their needs.With the growing popularity of e-shopping and deal sites, mechanism would need to be put in place to ensure the authenticity of these dealers.

Complaints !!!
It was recently reported that the National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC) had received over 400 complaints against some 10 deal sites between September and December last year, 61% of which were about the quality of purchased products.This year, the centre, which is affiliated with FOMCA, had received more than 100 complaints pertaining to deal sites.
